End of first submission period

The end of the period for submissions to the magazine is nearly here.  I will only accept submissions which reach me before midnight tonight Pacific time.  I plan to have a notification to all submitters by the 15th of March.   As the end of March approaches I plan to have all stories for issue #1 selected but may not be decided on submissions under consideration for later issues. 

At some point in April after completing the first issue I will make an announcement about the next submission period for the magazine.  I will make some changes in the submission policy based on my experience so far.
